The Journey Exhibition Trail Hero

The JourneyExhibition Trail

Now is the time to take your journey

Why have we created the exhibition trail?

Because the exhibition is extremely popular with adult visitors, even though they are not accompanied by an educator and there are no text labels. We wanted to enhance their experience without compromising the tactile and text-free experience for primary schools.

You said, we did

We asked you, our adult visitors, in focus groups what would enhance your journey experience and you asked for:

  • more detailed information on three key topics you selected per room;
  • recorded footage of survivor testimonies; and
  • the stories behind the precious artefacts in our collection that The Journey exhibition is based on.

You will find everything you have asked for and more in this exhibition tour. We hope you find it rewarding.
